Shipping Dates
We ship every Monday from October through November, so your plants arrive fresh and ready to grow.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent with Australia Post on Mondays.
Please allow 2–5 days in transit.
Sorry, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least four weeks before your scheduled shipping date.
After this time, cancellations will be charged in full, as our plants are grown specially to order and can’t be repurposed.
Interstate Orders
We currently do not ship to WA, NT or TAS.

Adjustments
All plants leave our nursery healthy and well-packed.
If your plants arrive in poor condition due to transit delays, heat or cold, and fail to thrive after transplanting, please contact us straight away so we can help sort it out.
Substitutions
If a particular variety is unavailable due to supply issues or slow rooting, we may substitute with a similar cultivar of the same type and bloom time.
Return Policy
As our plants are living and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

Right to Refuse Service
We work hard to provide a positive experience for everyone.
However, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, or refuse service at our discretion, if needed.
